It’s very nourishing and I use it as hand cream as well...A great cream but......I've unfortunately used drugstore creams before, at half the price, that may not moisturize the skin on my feet as well and didn't have the cooling sensation, but did a much better job of moisturizing cracks and calluses, which is much better in the long run for someone who walks a lot.
