Swatched Iced Out in the store and I was pleasantly surprised at how creamy and and blendable this highlighter was. I had only experienced the fenty highlighter sticks and I found those to be a bit dry and hard to blend but I have to say, this is the complete opposite!! ...Iced out is such an amazing highlighter. I love this shade for my brown skin tone & highly recommend!

it’s a decent product, smooth application, however, it’s more glitter than highlighter. You can find better highlighters for a cheaper price than the $28 price tag....I typically don’t use highlighters because I have textured skin and anything frosty makes my skin look awful.
