This works better than any other spot treatments I’ve tried, and smells no worse than other sulfur products. I’ve tried 10+ spot treatments and this works the best and the fastest....I was surprised by the negative reviews on this till In read the directions: Do not use this as a mask, use this as an overnight spot treatment! If sulfur works well for you as an acne/spot treatment but the usual sulfur products are too drying, this product is great.

I like that it has sulfur in it too. both the alcohol and sulfur are super super drying. so would just stick to salicylic acid treatments if you have normal/sensitive skin. name says it all, dries pimples really nicely....I love this so so much, but if you have super sensitive skin like I do, it does sting a bit. The other minor issue is that it has a strong sulfur smell, and I always end up smelling like sulfur the next day even after I have washed my face.
