Temporary fix...You have to use quite a bit I imagine it is compared to a temporary fix. When you apply your makeup the root touch up is so easy to use and has good coverage a temporary fix for those pesky grey hairs....I have not tried root cover ups, but other temporary haircolors I've used made my hair sticky and brittle, I really appreciate the powder so much more!

It does create a strong cast while drying which will feel crunchy to the touch, but this is only temporary. Once the hair is fully dry you just need to scrunch out the crunch with a little bit of oil to make your curls soft and bouncy again...I have wavy hair, 2c-3a, and I love Curlsmith products, so I was very excited to try this product.
