My favorite primer...I absolutely notice a difference in the way my makeup looks and how long it wears if I don’t use this primer. I have tried other primers, but always come come back to PM....My review may be biased but I am firm believer that good skin care makes most primers unnecessary. I received the Olehenrikson Banana Primer complimentary to trial. THE GOOD: slight golden yellow tint with illumination that will look good on most skin tones-slight shimmer so wont over exaggerate large pores like some ‘illuminators’; descent at locking in skincare applied prior to primer, no sticky residue left behind, looks nice alone on non-problematic skin THE NEUTRAL: pleasant banana scent that dissipates quickly, nice texture- much different that silicone based primers which may be good or bad pending preference THE BAD: no noticeable effect in foundation longevity...Maybe I'm just not a fan of silicone-based primers, because this light-yellow-tinted cream spread on my skin like a dream.
