Select Ship to a Pickup Location at checkout and enter the name and address of the person collecting the order. Your items will be shipped to the location of your choice, and you will be notified of delivery via email. You or your designated pickup person will be asked to show the tracking number along with a valid government-issued ID that matches the name and address provided at checkout when collecting your order.

Yes. After selecting your Pickup Location, you will be able to specify a Pickup Person. Ensure that the name and address entered appear exactly as they do on their valid government-issued ID. They will also need the tracking number of your order upon pickup.

You may use any payment method available on sephora.ca, including credit or debit cards, gift cards, Klarna and PayPal! If you choose to use a gift card, please keep the gift card until you have picked up your order from the Pickup Location.
You have up to 15 days after your order has been delivered to the Pickup Location to retrieve it. Your order will be returned to Sephora if you do not pick it up within this 15-day window. You will receive a refund for your order after it is received and processed at the Sephora Distribution Center— please allow up to 30 business days for the refund to be reflected on your account.
