too drying, only for VERY oily skins...i was originally using the clarifying lotion 3, but an alcohol-free version of it that's only sold in asia (i bought it from singapore). decided to move up to the clarifying lotion 4 as my skin is rather oily on the forehead, nose and cheeks close to the nosebridge, but i've been using it for about 4 days and it's too drying for my skin. it controls the oil well, but it burns on application, leaving my skin a little red for a while. my skin also feels parched throughout the day, despite the fact that i heaped on loads of dramatically different moisturizing gel each time. will need to return this product and get the clarifying lotion 3, though i haven't tried the US variation before (which apparently has alcohol, while the clarifying lotion 3 in asia doesn't). i'm chinese by the way, so i'm not sure if this will be different for other skin types. ...Great for Oily Skin...Great for oily stonger skins. Thinner skins may want to use the Clarifying 2.
