The best liquid eyeliner!!...Plus I felt like the other eyeliners didn't last very long until they started to fade and I was having to go over my eyeliner multiple times in order for it to show. ...I am a winged liner girl and I have tried a lot of liquid eyeliners/pens (Stila, KVD, Glossier, NYX, etc.). A fine eyeliner...I really liked the precision of the lines (I have almond eyes) and I've done a cat eye look since 8th grade - 30 years! ...the felt tip is soft enough to not tug at the skin but stiff enough to get that perfect wing. this liner is perfect for my watery eyes and will not move! I read some reviews but I truly think people are not using it correctly. with any pen liner, it helps to keep it stored upside down in your brush jar to keep the tip saturated with ink. make the sure the lid stays on and if it does get dry while applying, put the lid back on, shake the pen and try again. as for oily lids or transferring, use an eyeshadow primer or put an eyeshadow that is similar to your skin tone to absorb the oil. you can't just use liner and nothing else on the lids and not expect transfer. also if your eyes water, just use a tissue to blot the tears that way it doesn't rub off.
