I read some reviews but I truly think people are not using it correctly. with any pen liner, it helps to keep it stored upside down in your brush jar to keep the tip saturated with ink. make the sure the lid stays on and if it does get dry while applying, put the lid back on, shake the pen and try again. as for oily lids or transferring, use an eyeshadow primer or put an eyeshadow that is similar to your skin tone to absorb the oil. you can't just use liner and nothing else on the lids and not expect transfer. also if your eyes water, just use a tissue to blot the tears that way it doesn't rub off....I was disappointed by the Stila cult favorite and Bobbi Brown gel liner. I have oily lids and was very impressed by how smoothly the line goes on the lid.

Yes for oily lids...I've tried so many other eyeliners recommend for oily lids and within 5 minutes I would always look like a racoon. ...Really nice looking, goes on great, looks perfect, BUT definitely not for oily eyelids.
