Ive only been using this product for a week but can already see my hair health improving. As someone who straightens their wavy/curly hair all winter long, this product is doing wonders on my hair!!!...for reference my hair is long, wavy, and thick, but i straighten it daily (using amika's blockade heat defense serum), which obviously isn't good for my hair and leaves it damaged and with tons of split ends but once i put about two to three pumps of this to my mid lengths to ends, it instantly seals the split ends and looks noticeably healthier so i definitely do recommend buying
