If you have oily skin like me, I recommend dabbing this over a very thin layer of translucent powder; would be a shame to powder over this beautiful finish! ...I had no Robles wearithem.on their own on a no makeup day over just my skincare & sunscreen. Subtle is nice, but even with a range of brushes & pressure techniques, this was a bit too meek for me. Returning for a deeper Hourglass shade as a last ditch, then trying Kaja....It leaves a hint of color and I love the highlighting feature. You can also layer it to be darker if you want. i LOVE the sheer matte formula. for me personally i apply quite a few layers of this to get the color i want, and no matter what it still has that sheer and blotted look to it which is absolutely perfect. glossier really nailed it with this one. though i do wish they had more colors i was interested in, like a deeper red? ...No makeup, makeup perfection...Love this lipstick for my no makeup, makeup! The applicator is okay, but the best results are using a little on my finger and building it up or using brushes for more structured looks with the same technique. It lasted all night dancing and getting sweaty (on eyes and as highlighter) it still looked like makeup not clumpy or running down my face. the pigment is smooth/very fine and no eye irritation. ...I can't wait to try some other colors (and get better with my technique lol)!
