As other reviewers have noted this is not a strong hold - it is almost more of a cream-gel hybrid IMO. ...Lightweight Gel, Medium Hold...Unfortunately, while it is very lightweight it lacks a strong hold its more of a medium hold maybe a 5/10 and I could not develop a cast so it did not work in my routine.
