This is a decent hair spray, but I don’t think it has the strongest hold and I don’t think it made my hair especially “luminous.” ...this hairspray is one of the strongest and long lasting hairsprays i have used. it keeps all of the fly aways down and it leaves my hair looking shiny. the packaging makes it easy to bring with you wherever and comes in handy.
