One of my favorite liners. The black is BLACK and doesn’t move. I prep with the Nars eye primer as a base which is vital in the summer/texas heat....Usually most eyeliners smudge and fade, but this gel liner worked well for my eyes. Tried the brown for softer looks, but will prob get black as well!
