you kinda have to be experienced in eyeliner I guess to make this work, it doesn't smudge easily and it creates clumps if you try rubbing it in for a more natural look, maybe its the formula for this color, its like a dark burgundy red and compliments brown eyes, it looks really nice but its hard to work with....Stays put, can be smudged quickly- unique color as well- in between a brown and a burgundy.
