I prefer to use it on my eyes for a minimal easy eye look....It has a very sort of chalky matte finish, and it’s extremely pigmented! You only need a very small amount. eye popping good time!...so I just got this today and am in love with the color!!!! it totally makes my eyes pop!!!!...Careful if you have eye sensitivities...I have tried several shades of this pencil and while I LOVE how it applies and how it stays on, I can't wear them on the waterline at all or my eyes are an itchy-red mess within an hour or so.
