This is probably the only toner I have consistently used, I like a quick skincare routine and I just pat this on with my fingers after cleansing and find it to be quite hydrating and really helps my moisturizer soak in I find it has a thick consistency and not astringent at all as I find with some toners....I pair it with the ultra cleanser and ultra facial moisturizer cream. This is a great toner that doesn’t strip the skin but offers some cleansing and moisturizing.
