Does not smudge and stays put but I can’t put it in my waterline without my eyes tearing up. My eyes are super sensitive but I don’t usually have this problem with other low end eyeliners...I feel like it’s a little overpriced too....If your eye doesn’t water? You’re golden!...Not bad, but not for watery eyes

Personally, I typically like to have a really sharp and hard eyeliner. This CaliRay liner, which I have in brown and black, gives more of a rough line which is great for smudging into a Smokey eye. ...it's easy to use, glides smoothly and gives you exceptionally smokey eye makeup. However, the problem was its smudge too much on me.

It does fade after 7 hours on me. I have hooded eyes so it definitely smudges on my crease. I like that it does when I’m going for a Smokey look, but otherwise I stick to my TF. ...this eyeliner is the BEST eyeliner i have ever tried. i usually use a liquid eyeliner but this one replaced all of my eyeliners if you use a thin eyeliner brush you will get the best smallest wing ever. this is also the only one that has ever worked on my waterline all day

I neeeeeeeeeeeded an eyeliner dark enough to pop and this did the job. I hate eyeliners that are dull. ...But in terms on longevity, this one takes the cake. I always find my eyeliner smeared on the bottom part of the inner corner of my eyes.
