I do see other reviews about this drying and so will give a tip to liquid eyeliners: make sure the cap is completely on and never leave it sitting tip side up, lay it flat or tip side down and it will not dry out....I used it once, absolutely love it, dark black, precise tip, made it very easy to apply; but don’t know how long it will last.

brush tip!...I was so excited to see that UD now makes this liner with a brush tip. It's super black, smooth, and not shiny and the fine too allows you to make precise wings....Best eyeliner....I see a lot of complaints of the bristles all messed up but always be careful putting a cap back on with anything that has a fine tip… I personally love it and never have an issue with the bristles doing that to me.
