this eyeliner is the BEST eyeliner i have ever tried. i usually use a liquid eyeliner but this one replaced all of my eyeliners if you use a thin eyeliner brush you will get the best smallest wing ever. this is also the only one that has ever worked on my waterline all day...Very creamy, thick, and pigmented. I am very pleased with the formulation.
