I do recommend to take it off with an oil-free based eye makeup remover, it can be a bit stubborn lol, but nothing anyone can’t handle. ...I literally feel like a professional and am able to get a beautiful winged liner look SO quickly! I’ve been using this eyeliner for three weeks and I really like it, it’s really easy to use and lasts a good while but it can be difficult to use when trying to fill in my eyeliner for a winged look...Fine and smooth tip makes it easy to apply.
