Great gel liner...I do think it’s a bit expensive, but if you love gel eyeliner than this is for you!...makes the best Smokey eye!...For me it makes the perfect “smudge” liner and good for Smokey eye. It’s not as great for regular lining as it is very “gel-ly” if that makes sense.
