I do recommend layering with a separate base mascara for the best results. This is definitely a long lasting mascara, it is really lightweight which I love. My only complaint about it is that it’s more of a my lashes but better kind of mascara which I don’t mind for everyday use but if you’re looking for extreme lengthening or volume this is not the one for you....10/10 absolutely love this mascara and it’s my current go to at the moment.
