It did help my split ends initially but i found it was just like a nice moisturizing mask... nothing special but still good. i would reccommend if you had money to spare and wanted a nice smelling moisture hair mask... would not reccommend for actual hair growth/ long term damage repair....I have very fragile hair , roots end up always greasy and dry at the ends.

I was wondering how this would work on my hair.
