Maybe because I was expecting more of a peach/ blood orange smell, of a sweet/ citrus. This perfume smells more of a musky vanilla. ...I think it stands out against other perfumes that can sometimes smell the same. I’ve never used a Tom Ford perfume before and while the smell and packaging are very nice I could not see myself spending the money on this perfume.
