These feel great going on, aren't messy and don't slide around (there's no liquid in here) unlike most other eye patches I've used. I do notice a difference on puffiness - which I'm prone to every once in a while, so I tested these on a morning when the puffiness was visible, and it reduced them by somewhere around one third, not a huge difference but I could definitely see it, along with a very slight brightening effect on the area they'd been applied.
