Hydrating and makes your lip shine...I really like it and it leaves a nice shine but one thing I will say is if you do not like sticky lip prouducts I personally would not recommend this but everyone has their own opinions. some also have glitter, so if you don't get glitter, I recommend getting one without glitter. ...tinted lip gloss...I like the color, the formula, the feeling on my lips.
