I bought this as a freckle pen , as that I love it it’s super pretty and the colors works great but as a eyeliner it’s just too transparent. I tried using it as a eyeliner and it’s just not great but if you want something to create really cute freckles then I would 100% recommend this one....I love this stuff and is one of two makeup products (along with MAC's Blot Powder) that I have in my otherwise cruelty-free makeup stash.
