Sephora offers international shipping through our partnership with global e-commerce provider Borderfree. By placing an international order, you acknowledge that your transaction will be with Borderfree. Your customer service needs will be handled directly by Sephora.
Sephora U.S. currently ships to the contiguous 48 U.S. states, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and to the following international locations: Germany, Japan, Netherlands, Norway, South Korea, and the United Kingdom.
Shipping to other international destinations and U.S territories (such as Guam) is unavailable at this time.
Please be advised that orders shipped outside the U.S. and Canada are not eligible for Beauty Insider free shipping benefits, offers requiring a promotion code, or free returns.
Placing International Orders
Shop the U.S. site and select the country you would like to ship to on the My Basket page. Your order total will then appear in the destination country’s currency for checkout. Order totals are guaranteed at the exchange rate set when your order is placed.
International Payment Methods
Currently, we accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We are unable to accept debit cards or American Express Corporate cards at this time. Gift cards and eGift certificates are not available for purchase or redemption online at this time.
When your credit card is authorized, funds are put on hold until the transaction is completed. When the order is shipped, the payment is processed. Your credit card will be billed by our partner, Borderfree, within 72 hours of placing your order.
Your billing information must be exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. If any numbers are different, the order cannot be processed. Be sure to correctly spell city/province/territory names and avoid using abbreviations unless that is how your information appears on your statement. Contact your financial institution if you need the exact billing address associated with your credit card.
If you have placed an order online you can view information on your order within the My Account section of the site. If you do not see your order displayed in this section then it was not placed and you must return to your Shopping Basket and complete the Checkout process again.
Credit Card Security & Fraud Protection
All payment forms are subject to verification and review by Sephora. Sephora reserves the right to refuse to process any transaction, sale, or shipment of orders due to suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity. International Shipping Information
Sephora offers the following flat rate international shipping costs.
Guaranteed all-inclusive costs (no additional fees at delivery)
Germany: €10 EUR on orders over €75 EUR
Japan: ¥1,500 JPY on orders over ¥10,000 JPY
Netherlands: €10 EUR on orders over €75 EUR
Norway: kr100 NOK on orders over kr750 NOK
South Korea: ₩15,000 KRW on orders over ₩100,000 KRW
United Kingdom: £6 GBP on orders over £75 GBP
For orders under the stated threshold above the client pays the actual shipping cost, which will vary by country and order size.
Orders must be placed by 17:00 (5:00PM) GMT to start processing on the same day. If an order is placed after the deadline, it will be processed the next business day. All orders ship Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
Certain items considered hazardous materials including aerosols and alcohol-based products (e.g., pressurized spray cans, hairspray, nail polish remover, etc.) are restricted to ground-only transport, due to air transportation restrictions and regulations. These items will not be eligible for international shipment.

International Returns & Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with a Sephora purchase or gift for any reason, please review our return, refund, and exchange policies below for Sephora.com purchases. In all cases, products must be returned in new or gently used condition.
Return of Online Purchases by Mail
Return shipping costs are paid by the purchaser and any shipping cost associated with the original order cannot be refunded.
Step 1: Fill out the Return Form on your packing slip.
Step 2: Contact Sephora Customer Service at 1.877.737.4672 to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number. Return instructions and return mailing address will be sent via email from BorderFree.
Step 3: Clearly print the return mailing address, including your RA number on your package and on your Return Form.
Step 4: Place your merchandise in the original shipping box. If the original packaging is not available, please use a sturdy box or padded envelope to prevent damage in transit. Follow the instructions provided from BorderFree and return the package using DHL. You will receive an email confirmation when your return is processed.
Returns must be received within 60 days from the date of purchase.
Gift Returns and Exchanges
Please note that we do not offer gift returns or exchanges for returned products at this time.
