Does the job quickly, and it's not as stinky as most product with sulfur....I have finally found my acne spot treatment!...This acne treatment is made with sulfur. I have used salicytic acid and benzoyl peroxide products but it never seemed to work.

i’ve had this for a few months now, it’s just okay. yes, it smells, because it contains sulfur. any spot treatment with sulfur is going to smell like sulfur. however, this was just mediocre for me. i didn’t have significant improvement and it didn’t work as well as the Vichy 10% sulfur spot treatment. although that is more expensive it does last long so i’ll continue to purchase that. for someone with very mild acne this may do it...bought this cause it has sulfur in it, and i had an old spot treatment that with sulfur that worked really good!

Its a great product to dry out acnes or prevent it from spreading. I have been suffering from acne for a year, and i started using it as spot treatment at night and it has helped me get rid of inflamed acnes...It does contain sulfur but smells a bit more like tar shampoo (not unpleasantly so).
